Standard Cancellation Terms:

Full refund in case of cancellation within 48 hours of booking provided that the reservation is made at least 14 full days before check-in time.

50% refund in case of cancellation at least 7 full days prior to check-in.

No refund in case of cancellation less than 7 full days before check-in.

Supplementary to our cancellation policy

This program is supplementary to the cancellation policy applicable to your booking and does not replace it.

*If you cancel your stay, Landgoed Dennenholt will make every reasonable effort to re-let the accommodation. If the accommodation is successfully re-let, you will receive an additional refund based on the net replacement rental income achieved.

If your cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, Landgoed Dennenholt may offer the accommodation at a reduced rate to maximise the chances of securing a replacement booking. Any such discount will be reflected in the calculation of your refund.

This program applies exclusively to bookings made directly through the Landgoed Dennenholt website. Bookings made through third-party booking platforms remain subject solely to the cancellation policy and any additional programs offered by the relevant platform.
